HLM has a storefront food shelf in the Old North End that helps supplement individuals nutritional needs. Through community referrals as well as scheduled appointments, HLM provides groceries to those in need. For organizations with confidentiality policies, case managers may pick up groceries on the client's behalf.
Thanksgiving Baskets

HLM provides Thanksgiving Food Baskets to community members in need. The food baskets include a large turkey, the trimmings, as well as dessert. Each year, families can look forward to having a fun-filled evening within their own household with a meal to warm the stomach as conversation warms the heart.
